A woman died after a two-vehicle accident Thursday evening near 132 Hampton Street in Hartford, police said.? The driver of one of the vehicles in the crash at 6:57 p.m. was taken to St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center. She was pronounced dead at 7:37 p.m., police said.
